Protocol are proud to be working with an established Further Education college to recruit a Lecturer in Bricklaying within their Construction provision.

Role Overview

You will deliver high-quality teaching across Level 1 to Level 3 Bricklaying, supporting learners to develop practical trade skills and industry knowledge needed for successful careers in construction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering engaging workshop and classroom-based sessions
• Planning lessons and tracking learner progress
• Assessing work and providing clear, constructive feedback
• Promoting safe working practices within practical environments
• Contributing to course development and quality assurance processes

Candidate Profile

To be considered, you should have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Bricklaying or a related trade
• Proven experience within the construction industry
• A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
• The ability to motivate and support learners of varying abilities
